When we arrived at the soccer fields, there was a hang glider to look at closely.
After flying our own kites, we spotted someone flying high above us.
We were able to watch Derek land right in front of us.
He talked about some of the specialised equipment used to measure the wind.
Running the hang glider along the field gave it enough lift to start rising.
Mr Gordon had a go.
Mr Rennie was able to get the hang glider quite high.
Some of us had a go in the harness.
