Year 5-6 Making Sherbet


Today we are making sherbet to help with the school fair. We are also creating sherbet-making tutorials so we can make some at home for ourselves.

Recipe

2 cups icing sugar
4 tablespoons Raro
3 teaspoons citric acid
3 teaspoons tartaric acid
2 teaspoons baking soda

Mix ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
Carefully place a 1/4 cup in each bag with an unwrapped lolly pop.
Fold down the corners and sellotape closed.
