Novel Study: The Wonderful Wizard of Oz

If you are in Toroa and you are a keen reader, you should participate in our novel study! Anyone in Toroa can take part. This is especially recommended for year-8 students, who will be studying novels in high school.

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz is freely available on Project Gutenburg, where it can be read online, or downloaded for any device. There are also 12 copies in Christchurch City Libraries.

Students will be expected to do some independent reading. We will then discuss and analyse the text in-class.
