This term, we are trialling a learning programme called 'Genius Hour'. In order to get the most out of the programme and tailor it to our St Mark's School Family, only a few students have been selected for this term's trial. This small trial will help us to determine how we can adjust Genius Hour to best meet our school's needs. This pilot programme is an exciting development and may well be made available to a wider group if outcomes for students are strong.
Why 'Genius' Hour?
'Genius' can be a loaded term with connotations of exclusivity, but Genius Hour is actually intended to include a wide range of students' passions and unique talents. We trust that as the programme grows, our St Mark's School Family will get to share our excitement about this opportunity for students to pursue (or discover!) what they're most passionate about.
